The beginning of TRVD/450 was daunting and confusing. However, since that first day my confusion has subsided and the daunting feelings has turned to admiration. Although, I have learned a lot from all of my classmates and instructor, I am no way an expert. But I am a little wiser about the elearning technology. In fact, the last assignment taught me the most.
As a training and development student, I know that creating project teams will not be easy. Hopefully, the training that we have received will at least, prepare us for future class work and future business ventures.
